Free delivery for all orders over 100€
Delivery according to the current rates and the weight of your package. Free standard delivery. Shipping in 48h within 48h via GLS. For international deliveries customs duties and other taxes are not included in the price displayed on the site. These charges must be paid by you directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product. You have a period of 15 days from receipt of the package to return your purchases if you wish to be reimbursed. To do so, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your wish to return and send us back your package. As soon as we receive it, we will proceed to the free shipping of your new herbarium and will send you a confirmation email. For the exchanges of orders delivered abroad, the expenses of return of the herbariums are at your expense. We take at our expense the shipment of your new herbariums.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to return your purchases (excluding plants, see below) if you wish to be reimbursed. To do so, please send us an email to email@example.com to let us know your wish to return and send us back your package to the following return address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Your refund will be processed via your original payment method upon receipt of the products in their original condition. You will receive an email to notify you when your refund has been processed.
Please note that our returns may take up to 5 working days to process after receipt.
Returned goods are the customer's responsibility until they reach us, and a refund will only be issued on receipt of the goods in a condition that complies with the terms and conditions of sale. We recommend that you choose a delivery with a signature and keep your tracking number.
You can retract your order at any time by writing to us by e-mail as long as your plant has not been delivered to our carrier. We will then reimburse you for the full amount of your order, including shipping costs. If your plant is in the process of being delivered or has already been delivered, we will unfortunately not be able to refund or exchange it.
Vous pouvez vous rétracter à tout moment en nous écrivant par mail tant que votre plante n'a pas été remise à notre transporteur. Nous nous engageons alors à vous rembourser l'intégralité de votre commande, frais de port compris. Si votre plante est en cours de livraison ou est déjà livrée, nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas vous rembourser ou vous l'échanger.
